InvoiceLobby is an offline-first application. All data entered into the Software is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your invoice data, client details, or financial information on our servers.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

InvoiceLobby is a one-time purchase software. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees. Once purchased, you are granted a lifetime license to use the version of the Software available at the time of purchase, including any minor updates we may release.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including but not limited to its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by InvoiceLobby and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. No Professional Advice

The information provided by the Software is for general billing and invoicing purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional for advice regarding your specific business or legal situation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InvoiceLobby be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
